Hardy Palm Leasing offers a complete package of professional services to assist major property owners with the unique aspects of including a large quantity of palm trees into a major landscape investment.  The wise stewardship of this investment requires horticultural expertise that most maintenance crews lack.  We can include the required expertise into a care and maintenance program that you will be proud to be a part of.

Many times, the cost of the palm trees required to achieve the effect or status of the project is beyond the budget allocated for the landscape project.  If these cost were spread out over a number of years, the owners can enjoy the prestige and increase in property values, or increased rents, that more than offset the lease expense.

Our Services include:

1. Planning the installation with the Landscape Architect.

2. Financing the purchase and installation of the palms.

3. Planting the palms.

4. Watering and Fertilizing on a scheduled basis.                                                                                                                     

5. Fungicide and Pesticide application as required.                                                                                                Corporate Landscape   

6. Trimming and removal of dead palm fronds on a regular basis.

7. Replacement of dead, damaged or overgrown palms.

8. Guarantee the survival of every palm tree.

Our General Requirements are:  (see Lease for additional terms)

1. Minimum 10 year lease period.

2. Customer to supply adequate irrigation piping, controls, and water source.

3. Access to the palm trees.

4. Hardy Farms, LLC. retains ownership of the leased palm trees.

Our pricing is based on the cost of the project.  Leasing palms can reduce your upfront capital outlay by as much as 80%.
