Stripped Double Palm leaves are delivered in packages
of 100 and are ready to be distributed at services or can be used to
weave into baskets, or other craft projects. Palms leaves are fresh cut each sday from our fields of palm trees in Florida. These palm leaves are natural hues of green, yellow and brown. Upon arrival, remove the palm leaves from the shipping box and store in a well ventilated, cool space. The plastic bags will help the palm leaves retain their moisture and freshness. If you allow the palm leaves to freeze or dry out, they will turn golden brown color. |

These trees have very sharp and long spikes growing in them and it's very difficult and time consuming to cut the leaves without getting poked by these spikes which grow all through the tree. The taller the tree the longer the leaves....but the larger and stronger the spikes are too. |
The Lulav is the fresh, pure, blemish free new growth from the heart of
the date palm tree. It is used in the celebration of Sukkot, along with
the myrtle and willow branch, and Citron - Etrog The center-most leaf
of the Lulav branch is tightly closed, at least half-way down. We package them with 2 together with the tips pointing in and wrap them together in newspapers. We then bundle 5 pkg together that makes 10 in a bundle and put them in the box. We make every effort to protect the tips of the leaves so they arrive to you in perfect condition. Gathering together and assembling each of the components needed for your Sukkah helps children learn the significance of each part of this mitzvah. |
